"Rarely do I leave reviews however, I felt insulted and compelled to share my experience. I arrive to the restaurant at 19:15 and the waitress took our order 5 mins later. Eaten here before we ordered our cold dishes first and held back the menu for the hot food as the last time we ate here all the food came out at the same time and there was no room on the table! We orders some sashimi which arrived 5-10 mins later. After eating the sashimi we waited for the “Tokyo Lights”. And waited…………. After repeating asking the waitress she explained that she was going down to the kitchen to find out what’s happening. She done this twice. And we waited. Eventually at 21:00 the dish arrived. Being late to see some friends we decided to not order the hot dishes. I asked for the bill. When it arrived there was no apology for the wait? I asked if the lengthy wait would be discounted and she ran off to ask the “manager”. She came back with a £10 discount? The dish should have been comped I paid but vowing to never return. Customer service in the uk is appalling and if this happened in the US the outcome would have been so different. As a UK citizen I’m embarrassed of you all."

Friendly staff but sadly quite slow service. The sushi was good, and the hot food tasted bide but sadly arrived cold. The tacos also arrived soggy which was a bit off putting!

we had an evening meal at 18 o'clock, but each light was shown and the whole restaurant was so bright. I was there many months ago and the ambiente was perfect at that time, now it wasn't. tho everything else is great. I love eating here.

A very tasty lunch. All dishes had wonderful fresh flavours, were well presented and enjoyable. Service was friendly and professional. A bit pricey considering we did not have alcohol £50 /head is a special treat not an every week proposition. Speisekarte ansehen

We traveled a great distance only to discover that the restaurant was closed. Despite having made a reservation, they did not have the courtesy to notify us of their closure. Surprisingly, they are still accepting bookings on OpenTable, as I had sent them an email just last week. - What gives?

The food at this restaurant is simply delicious, with a fantastic selection of sushi and hot cooked dishes. I especially enjoy the street food and the robata grilled items. My favorite dish is the charred greens - they are so tasty! The service is excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. The decor of the restaurant is stunning, with beautiful artwork that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
