Nando's - Speisekarte

Never have a table available and when I ordered for a takeaway, the food took 30mins

Really good food, we love the chicken platter with corn, chips and rainbowslaw and the livers

Great food, all served quickly and well cooked/hot. Sat outside which was great when the sun came round. Would have been cooler otherwise but all good.

As far as Nandos go... This is a good one. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. A better experience than most of the Nandos I've been to.

The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Despite finishing our meal after the restaurant had closed, Mattia provided us with exceptional service and was very kind.

Haven’t visited Nando’s in years. Went Saturday evening for a meal and had to wait over an hour for our food once ordered, never explained that we had to order everything through the QR code and food was cold when it arrived.

Shocking. Was told 15-20 minutes for take away, 45 minutes later we received food after seeing it sat under the hot plate for 15 of those 45 minutes. When received it was lukewarm rice and chicken which is borderline unsafe especially after it's been cooked. Severely understaffed, needed 8-10 staff members out front when maybe only 4 were on. Will not be getting a takeaway again.

Firstly I just want to say I have been a Nandos customer for a good while. But I think this might be my worst experience visiting a restraunt. We arrived and was immediately appaulled with the attitude of the lady working the counter area. We felt more like an inconvenience than people who were about to be given custom, we got sat down by one of the waitresses who was lovely by the way. We got given our glasses for our drinks and went to grab cutlery and was disgusted by how dirty everything was, we wasn't the only people as a couple on another table actually complained about it and was given another glass. As a regular customer at Nando’s, after my visit today I am extremely frustrated. In the last week I’ve probably been in here about 5 times alone. I called a staff member over after finding a hair in my food. After they discussed this a lady then came over. She started by saying how it was “weird as no one in the kitchen has that coloured hair” even though she admitted after that their food is pre made. She was trying to imply that it was me who put it in the food. She then went to say how I’ve been known for regularly causing an issue in the restaurant. This is what got me.
