"Our experience at this Chiquitos location was terrible, despite having visited many others before. We booked a table as part of a birthday trip to Wembley, expecting a great meal as usual. However, we were left waiting nearly 10 minutes for drinks and a further 10 before our food order was taken. The cocktails were nice, but the food was disappointing. My husband's burger was burnt, and when we pointed it out, the waitress agreed and exchanged it for a plain beef burger with limited salad. My chicken dish was dry and burnt on the edges, and the fries were a mix of undercooked and dry. Despite alerting the staff, we only received a partial refund for my husband's order and no compensation for mine. We also witnessed concerning behavior from two male managers, with one physically grabbing a waitress and ordering her to do something. The atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming, with staff appearing uncomfortable and unenthusiastic. Service was slow, and even after finishing our meal, we waited 10 minutes for our plates to be cleared despite there being few other diners. To top it off, our bill was incorrect. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we would not recommend this particular Chiquitos branch."

Das Essen ist wirklich lecker. Die Angestellten sind nett, höflich und wollen nur helfen. Dieser Ort ist etwas überfüllt und dieses Restaurant ist sehr groß und immer beschäftigt. Wir gingen unter der Woche spät mittags und warteten Minuten, bevor wir saßen, da das Restaurant voll und voll war. The food is incredibly tasty at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, polite, and eager to assist. The location is a bit crowded, and the restaurant itself is quite large and always bustling. We visited during late lunchtime on a weekday and had to wait a few minutes before being seated due to the high demand. While I enjoy the food and recognize this as a good branch, the constant busyness and crowding make it overwhelming for me.
