"Nice place, been here several times. Good food, but unfortunately, nothing wowed us last time. Our last visit was during a restaurant week, and I have to say it was very disappointing, not a strong menu and presentation, food cooked well,but as I said nothing excited us. "The food and drinks at Branches are grossly overpriced. We paid £200 for two amateur starters, two bland fillet steaks with sides, and a dreadful carafe of sangria. Despite being willing to pay for great quality, the food and drinks at Branches are no better than what you would find at McDonald's. The manager's arrogance does not match the restaurant's standard of quality. If you're looking for a place to take pictures for social media, Branches has a dated fake blossom tree that would be perfect. However, if you prioritize quality of food, wine, and ambience, you should consider looking elsewhere. Overall rating: Food - 1, Service - 1, Atmosphere - 1."

"Came here with my family for my brother's 50th. I can only echo the sentiments shared about the wonderful food and service but we also loved the great tunes! Appreciate that shouldn't affect ratings but it certainly gets a thumbs up from this old 80's kid. Back to the food though had the meatball starter which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. For a main, I had a Piccante pizza which was equally wonderful. Service achieved that perfect blend of being swift yet laid back and everyone said a cheery goodbye to us when we left. Whole heartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant and will definitely be back!"

"Food was lovely. No complaints there. My only issue was the service. The bill for me and my wife was For that money I don’t expect empty glasses to pile up at my table and we waited quite a while between some of the courses. Seems petty, but our bill from House Of Tides was and I left feeling like royalty."
