Popped in at tea time, nice setting by the canal. Limited choice of meals but tasty and well presented and reasonably priced. Staff cheerful. Worth a try. Walkability: Can walk miles by the canal. Interesting historical basin by the hotel. Service: 5 Location: 5

Excellent location right next to the canal. Lots of customer parking. Lots of indoor outdoor and outdoor covered seating available. Good menu to choose from with the Sunday carvery being particularly nice with very large portions and lots of variety to choose from so far as the sides are concerned.
