Les crêpes sont bonnes, recettes originales avec des ingrédients frais et de qualité! Prix très abordables! Crêpe citron pour le dessert, ou le goûter ou même sans raison valable... ma préférée!J'y retournerai à chacune de mes visites! "Our second night in Albi and two restaurants we wanted to visit in the evening were closed. We decided to venture to a small local Vietnamese restaurant that received only 11 reviews but all very good and from French visitors. We arrived early and we're the only customers but received a friendly greeting in French with little English but a willingness to work with our very limited language skill. We decided on the fixed price menu at 17Euros a person. My husband had the shrimp salad, the beef with onions and peppers with rice all very fresh tasting and the salad had wonderful and crunchy ingredients in a lightly creamed dressing. I chose the beef and nem...a lovely dish with ginger spiced noodle, small slices of perfectly tender beef and two small fried rolls stuffed with finely shredded veggies and meat. My main dish was the shrimp (crevettes) Thailandaise a most delicious combination of crisp onion, cabbage, and a fantastic spiced cream sauce. I was told it was spicy but without the final dash of hot sauce it had just the right amount of zip. Both of us had the banana flambé to finish. This was just the right amount of food...not so much food that it could be shared. The cost including a lovely bottle of Gaillac Rouge was about 47 Euros. We feel this was a wonderful and very pleasant dinner and well worth the price. Thanks again to Evean our waitress and her parents the chefs!"

"Service was a bit slow 3hrs for 3 courses & no coffee... But meal was good, foie gras was great, black pudding parcels were fab. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly, duck breast was cooked well but not sure why both were served on skewers (which are always a nightmare to get the meat off without elbowing your dining partner or knocking over your wine!) and a huge bowl of potatoes?!? Chocolate fondant was tasty but didn't melt in the middle, banoffee was a success but the banana split was a bit disappointing - with just half a banana."

"The Epicurean , a name which implies great responsibilities... The home page of the site presents a gastronomic restaurant , I expect impeccable... You do not believe ? After an expeditious telephone reception, we maintain the reservation, and yes, the reviews are good so, I took it upon myself... Welcome, order taking is scheduled, everything is going well. We are served as an aperitif, then the appetizers arrive, great food! THANKS ! We order a dish directly from the waitress, she asks me if I would like to have some wine, I turn to her and ask her to choose the wine for me to match my fish... We take the time to enjoy this evening chatting, apart from the cars having fun screeching their tires in the roundabout, the atmosphere is rather friendly. An appetizer arrives with 3 slices of bread which we will quickly use up. The dishes arrive on the table a little before the end of our aperitifs... While we enjoy our delicious dishes, we wait for the wine and the bread... which will never come. We don 't have dessert, maybe next time... Overall I 'm a little disappointed, I look at the menus from 39€ to 65€ without wines, but I can 't find a choice that justifies this price.. As for service, where have the codes of so-called “gastronomic” catering gone? I would come back because you should never stay on a first impression! Conclusion, If I don 't take into account the overly expensive menus and uncontrolled service of a gourmet restaurant, does Epicurean not mean having fun? We had a great time and the flavors of the cuisine are delicious.. see you soon then..."
