Fantastica cucina vegetariana con tante scelte vegane. Consigliatissimo

Un posto eccezionale con una terrazza stupenda, torneremo sicuramente con un clima più mite per poterne approfittare.

Cena gran parte vegana con alcune portate vegetariane.Piatti originali e molto curati. La location è veramente bella.

più che fantastica esperienza! abbiamo cenato, pernottamento e colazione al Vicario. il corso della cena erano deliziosi e la colazione davvero ricca

siamo stati qui una notte ed è stata un'esperienza unica. la struttura è molto suggestiva e curata in ogni dettaglio. il personale è molto cordiale e molto disponibile. La colazione era favolosa.

We had a lovely dinner in this special place. We has the chef’s meal which was an interesting mix if all vegetarian courses. The main course was an eggplant with various sauces…spicy and mild. Amazing. The best part of the meal was the ambience and view. Magical

We arrived to check , have dinner and stay the night.The male receptionist (who claimed to be the owner, who we discovered was a lady) is easily one of the most insecure, petulant, rule obsessed control freaks I have ever met. Arriving at the end of a long and very hot day he insisted we stand by his table to await check in while he was on the phone. Even though my wife was not well, he did not want us to go to the terrace to join our friends and then check in…………..no customer empathy whatsoever and clearly “ disturbed”. The room, though spotless was very small and airless. The charges for very pretentious vegetarian dishes where very high. A beautiful terrace and view but all spoilt by his”...

Bellissimo ristorante (e Bed Breakfast) vegetariano/vegano nel cuore di Certaldo questa riconversione è relativamente recente quindi se vedete ricette di carne in altre recensioni non temete! L'ambiente molto curato, con una meravigliosa terrazza da cui si può ammirare tutta la campagna e le colline circostanti. Il menu come detto è vegetariano e anche quasi interamente vegano, con un mix molto azzeccato di re interpretazioni in chiave vegetale di ricette classiche e proposte più innovative, incentrate comunque su ingredienti locali e di stagione.
