Consigliato da amici, conosciuti in campeggio, siamo stati a mangiare al ritorno dalle vacanze, ottimo il cibo di qualità, lo staff eccellente educato e non invasivo. The wine was good. The food was overpriced and they kept on bringing food we didn't order to the table, in order to charge us more later on. There are no options for vegans and, at some point, it was difficult to believe what they said was on the food. The service was OK, but they saw we were outsiders and tried to take advantage of that. The locals on the other tables got special treatment instead.

If you like mediocre food at over inflated price because of a name, this is the place for you. We were a group of six and we only had pasta, which was apparently freshly prepared, though I have had better supermarket fresh or dried pasta then what we were served. One dish cane with partially cooked mushrooms, the other with a ragu sauce, again Dolmio have nothing to be afraid of here either! So for 5 potions of below average pasta potions, 2 bottles of mineral water, 4 small glasses of wine, 6 very small scoops of ice cream €112 £112) at time of press). Would not recommend, good luck if you ignore this advice.

If it is true that the external presentation isn 't the most attractive, nevertheless you forget this detail as soon as you sit down and start eating. The restaurant is large with also an ample outdoor seating area. They are comfortable with large groups, I was there with family on a special occasion last Sunday and all worked like clockwork. Everything was delicious and abundant, like any typical Italian family wants it. I loved the mixed starters including the prosciutto and salame served with figs of two qualities, the panzanella, the spicy meat balls and lots more.
