Palace Cafe - Speisekarte

Makes a change from the usual high street cafes. Lovely tidy place and very good service. Will definitely be back again.

Portsmouth was sorely lacking a quality Persian restaurant, but these guys have truly filled the gap with their absolutely brilliant food, fantastic atmosphere, and great service. They've done an outstanding job!

Average food quality for price asked for fried bread as a extra as breakfast came with toast. But never got the toast even though I asked for it ? Think there is a communication issue between waitresses and chefs. As I was told as you got fried bread you don’t get toast but I did order it as a extra

I made a reservation for myself and a friend at this restaurant. We decided to try the evening menu and were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes, which were enough to fill us up (just kidding!). The food was delicious, the waiter was friendly and offered great suggestions. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were very welcoming. The bill came to a total of £52 and we left a £2 tip. I'm certain that the same meal would cost double at Gunwharf or Port Solent! Local restaurants like this should definitely be visited more often.

My friends and I made a reservation at Palace Cafe to try out their new evening menu. Although we often visit for breakfast and lunch, we were excited to experience their new Persian dishes. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing - the meat was tender and well-seasoned, the rice fluffy and fragrant with saffron, and the ice cream topped with pistachios and almonds was incredible. Everyone in our group loved the food and the cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful in recommending dishes. It was a delightful evening and we will definitely be returning.
