"The restaurant is just a separate room in a pub that was very disappointing when I only arrived. It is very very noisy and all the guests from the pub constantly walk through the tables to go to the bathrooms that are just downstairs. The only thing that reminds or Ukrainian culture is table clothes. Food is a fusion of Ukrainian and British but I would say that this is British food with Ukrainian names of the dishes. This is not surprising as the chef is British. The only tasty things were small version of Chicken Kiev’s unusually serving as ginger food. Zrazy made of horrible potato and falling apart, dyruny-made with carrots for some reason, dip fried and also falling apart with dip made of mayonnaise and garlic. Vareniki with wild mushrooms completely burned and the only thing I could taste was bitterness. The worst were Golubzi-made with basmati rice and grey mushroom paste wrapped in salad leaves served without any smetana. This is originally sticky rice wrapped in cabbage that while cooking in sauce made from tomatoes, carrots and onions becomes soft and tender, always served with smetana. Restaurant kindly offers complimentary shot of “Ukrainian nastojanka” that is not worth trying as is made with cheap vodka that is difficult to swallow. The bill for 2 people with a bottle of horrible wine even though it was Malbec) £84. I was very happy that there is finally Ukrainian restaurant in London but was very disappointed in the end. We went to celebrate our anniversary as we have connection to Ukraine and Ukrainian dishes are very rich and tasty, but unfortunately not in this place :"

Absolutely fantastic meal! The starters were incredible! We all tried them and didn’t have any room left for the main courses, but I can’t wait to come back and try them! It’s been a while since I was this impressed in London—well done!

What a hidden gem! This Ukrainian restaurant, tucked away in a pub, offers some truly fantastic dishes. It’s unfortunate to learn that they are closing in a few weeks. I hope they can find a suitable new location to reopen. They definitely deserve another chance to shine before their final day.

Lovely and fun family run restaurant inside a gorgeous pub in Soho. Ordered quite a few dishes all very delicious! Love the Pelmeni and Broth as well as a few vegetarian dishes like Deruny and Salad Elishka. Staff was super friendly made the whole evening like home! Not a bad idea for group dinner or casual drinks with a few Ukrainian snacks. Strongly recommend! Will be back for more Little Kyivs and garlic oil dipping Speisekarte ansehen

amazing eating and fantastic, friendly service! I have eaten twice here, once for a normal dinner and once for a big group event. the service was perfect. when we came to dinner, elisha gave us many help and (excellent) recommendations for what to choose from the menu and everything was delicious. the group dinner was a set menu so that we had already chosen to eat again was delicious and in really good portions. sometimes with a certain choice they get a bit stiffened on eating, but we ended instead filled. I can't wait to come back and try everything else.

To the top right was a side of Soviet-style spicy Korean carrots with coriander, adding a delightful crunch and a healthy touch to our meal. In the middle right, we enjoyed the kartoffel julienne, which featured baked potatoes smothered in a creamy smoked cheese sauce and filled with wonderful mushrooms and dill. It was incredibly rich and indulgent, though not exactly healthy, but a breathtaking treat. In the bottom right was the Russian salad, or Olivier salad, which according to the menu is extremely popular in all former Soviet countries—it's even known in Spain (who would have thought?).
