Pandan Leaf Thai Kitchen

We used one of their delivery partners. Food not delivered. Pandan took no responsibility or help. Said they got paid and couldn’t help. No apology. Would not resend the order. No refund. Unbelievable attitude. We lost over £100.

We regularly get a takeaway from Pandan Leaf and have never been disappointed. The massaman, green and red curries are particular favourites! Generous with the veg in the tofu and meat dishes unlike some take aways which is a big plus for me!

Poor customer service Like most restaurants these days, only seem to cater for online orders, hence delivery drivers constantly in and out , phones and computers permanently ringing. Not a relaxed place to come to anymore, sit down customers seem to be an inconvenience. Speisekarte ansehen

We a takeaway which was not cheap and the food was dreadful a total rip off . The papaya salad at £10 was just shredded carrot and cabbage no shrimp ir cashews. Noodles so curried and oily and the chicken dish totally tasteless. Phoned to complain and was told someone would call back they didn’t! Will NOT be ordering again and advise you not to.

I am utterly disappointed my family meal got ruined today we rearrange our whole day to attend as it was my brothers birthday. They are advertising falsley on forks showing we can book a table for 6 and we recieved booking confirmation then the restaurant cancelled only a few hours before booking and did not have the courtesy to call us. We then called the manager rather than supporting us to make arrangements he was happy for us to complain.

Ordered with pandan leaf via just eat as their website says food delivered, contacted pandan leaf and spoke to management apparently and we’re told that they won’t do anything to help and any issues aren’t with them, no contact for just eat…. But told not pandan leaf issue, they refused to assist, they took our money, “made money from us” according to pandan leaf… but not their problem… where is the customer service, outraged with their attitude Speisekarte ansehen

Very disappointed in our visit to Pandan Leaf. Customer service was very, very poor. We sent back fish cakes which were cold and rubbery. Because I orded grilled tamarind sticky prawns. I asked for a warm bowl of water with lemon to clean my fingers when eating them. I was refused and told to use the toilets to wash my hands. The toilets hadn't been attended to and as I walked to the ladies, I was first met with a urinal full of urine that was in my direct vision. The ladies toilet was dirty and the bin overflowing onto the floor. We went to pandan leaf for dinner as it was my daughters birthday. As we were finishing off our starters something caught my eye on the floor as it was walking past. I looked over and to my utter disgust and shock I saw it was a baby mouse! The worst bit was that it came directly out of the kitchen and walked past our table to go to another door, under which it disappeared. It was a baby mouse so there is definitely going to be more! I didn’t want to tell the owners/ waiters in front of another couple who were dining there so I waited until we paid. I told them what I saw and the waiter didn’t seem very shocked or apologetic. I just had the worst experience ever with their take away menu! In a time where we should all help each other and be kind, I found the experience with my local restaurant very stressful. I'm in quarantine so already under pressure and I decided to order for me and my daughter a take away to support my local restaurants. I've ordered two noddles and I read the ingredients, it was written chilies but not very hot or very spicy or anything like that. Food arrived and couldn't be eaten!
