"We found this little gem by accident on our way back from Beaumaris. We were hungry and searched for somewhere for some food. Right by the junction and crossroads in Pentraeth, this small shop was just about visible at the junction and we pulled in for a bite to eat. Wow what a choice and the lady was very friendly we chose one hot pork and one hot turkey baps and we shared them between us! They were both lovely but we both thought the turkey with cranberry was the winner. We was only on the island for 4 days and on our way home we popped in again for a breakfast baguette, I had the sausage and bacon and my girlfriend had the sausage and mushrooms we both had a cuppa too. This Cafe is fabulous for the choice and quality of food and is centrally located on the main road, this one you have to try yummy"

This restaurant offers a fantastic variety of sandwiches and paninis. The service is excellent and I highly recommend it. It's conveniently located for picking up lunch on your way to the beach.

The staff at this restaurant are very efficient and friendly, they are following all COVID guidelines. They offer a great selection of food and snacks for takeaway in a very clean and hygienic environment.

The bacon and egg Banjo at this restaurant is the best I've had in years. My brother and I visited with his new dog, Dawson, after finding the fish and chip shops closed. Thank goodness we came here instead, it was fantastic.

This is a great little place... Lots of choice, they'll make something up for you or take what's in the hot cabinet, plus cakes and butties galore... I can't remember the last time I had a decent lunch for 2 people for less than a fiver!!! Amazing

Visited today while I waited for my car to be worked on. I had the breakfast baguette which was beautifully soft. The bacon and sausage were very tasty, and the egg lovely and runny. The staff very attentive. Well worth going out of my way for in the future Dave

I love the Pantri Pentraeth. The home cooked food is excellent especially the Pea and Ham soup which is just like soup my grandma used to make. They also do home made Eccles cakes once a week which are delicious and much nicer than the shop bought ones. But most of all they always give you a smile and a warm welcome. I often go there for lunch and would highly recommend it.

"I've been to Dylans in Menai Bridge and always enjoyed it not this time. For the first half of our visit there was a stinging blue haze hanging in the air; the kitchen extractors clearly weren't functioning properly. Fortunately this cleared for the second hour we were there. Now to the service; after taking our drinks orders we waited nearly 15 minutes for them. Later, after staff had passed our empty glasses 20 times, we managed to order some second drinks by catching their attention. The food was the main problem; minuscule starters of crab and Welsh rarebit. My pizza came as a real surprise (as others have mentioned in previous reviews); gone is the thin crusted, well filled pizza of the past. The pizza is now about 20% smaller and my daughter mentioned that it looked like a child's portion. However, the main problem was the total lack of filling; there was a huge gap for at least an inch all round the pizza which was just fluffy dough. There were five tiny mussels on it and when I picked the mussel shells up they were so overcooked the shells turned to carbonised dust. I counted three tiny slices of red chilli. As others have mentioned, I realise the industry is having a hard time the price of the pizzas haven't gone up but the quantity and quality has plummeted and I would rather pay more to enjoy my meal. The pudding order came and was wrong. When the hot cross bun pudding came out it was still only on the wrong side of lukewarm. Don't get me started on the price of a pint of Aspalls £7.25, a price I would expect to pay in London. And before Lisa R replies that they would have replaced a dish, it would have been replaced with a similar disappointing dish....and no one bothered to ask us if everything was OK either during or after the meal anyway."
