Very happy with the service and the staff. Food tastes really good and staff is very helpful, friendly and kind.

I would have put 2 stars but the pizza is really good quality it was an hour late though maybe pick up next time

this restaurent is a good place for pizza. the staff were frienldy and the atmosphere was great. the pizza was great. enjoyed the occassion

Very good and fast service. Pizza was nice and arrived promptly. Staff over the phone was kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend it

An hour and a half wait which is terrible. However delivery driver did phone me to update me and the pizza was still hot. I wasn’t going anywhere in a hurry so it wasn’t too bad I’m giving 3 starts Speisekarte ansehen

Waited 2 hours via deliveroo only to be told once I contacted the bafoon who answered the phone that they weren’t processing orders…… same thing happened last week… if you want fed then I’d strongly advise that you avoid this papa wanks… sorry Johns like the plague

Be careful if ordering with your new 2019 spree book. These guys at Holburn St give excuses that they can't be used for delivery, despite it saying on the actual voucher, delivery or collection. Then gave an excuse about it being a festive menu so not valid (it was November!! When I asked for the name of a manager to complain, I got the height of cheek and more excuses, apparently didn't know his managers name. Then all of a sudden, he'd make me the tastiest pizza ever if we forgot about the complaint. Obviously, I declined. Went to another papa johns in Aberdeen who did honour the voucher.

I've been a regular customer of Papa Johns (77 Holburn Street) for the last 8 years. All was perfect, up to the last 4 months. My most recent order was placed online at 7 PM to deliver asap. 1 hour and 20 minutes later, we were still waiting for the pizza. I had to drive to the restaurant and check what happened, and just when I arrived, they started to work on my order, which means, I had to wait 20 extra minutes for the pizzas. For the previous order, I placed it online and asked to be delivered at a specific time of the day. 1 and 20 minutes later, we were still waiting for the pizzas to arrive.
