Very nice discovery! very nice place with original formulas. A meat to fall on the ground and excellent wines. A perfect service. There's only one thing to say: go!

a beautiful experience, with a very good taste gastronomic offer. Very welcoming and attentive guests, a good time of relaxation and tasting. a small bemol, however, a map or table slate, would avoid a mandatory move to memorize the offer.

For as well creative dishes as great wine this is a perfect address. You can choose the food from a big chart behind the bar and Romain is happy to suggest some terrific wines to accompany these plates. A really must do if you are...a lover of good food en wine.

Meat lovers no longer wanted to find your restaurant. an exceptional beef meat a boss as we love to find in love with his profession produces top quality to denicher well on beziers but also on the whole france and above the market an excellent cellar at more than reasonable prices no longer hesitated

Chanced on this wine bar/restaurant and was delighted I had. Excellent selection of wines and with Romain, the owner's assistance as a professional sommelier of considerable experience, you will definitely find a wine to suit your palate/tastebuds. A good range of food is also available....I wish I were staying longer in Beziers so I could go back to sample more.

we were recommended to eat here and enjoy the local natural wee in the offer. we were expelled by eating the experience and above all the wein. natural wee are not for everyone, but romain has consisted of the best of the region languedoc that he. fits a small menu of 5 or 6 start and netzen. we would recommend a way to this crowning jewel in beziers. check the opening times.

If you just want a restaurant then some expectations need to be set. Charcuterie and tartines dominate the starters with some substantial earthy and deep slow cooked delights such as Cassoulet of pork as a main dish. Fish lovers won 't find fresh fish and vegetables...are rare. For cheese there is chèvre from the exceptional Mas Rolland or perhaps a whole Saint Félicien that will feed several for little more than cost price. Where Pas Comme Les Autres excels is in the wine selection. Romain is a Sommelier and Vins Vivants is the motto there are plenty of well selected natural wines on show with several below 17€ or 3€ to 4€ a glass.
