Very delicious,authentic and decent pasta. Mostly Italians go there to eat so that's a good sign. Reasonable prices and quick service. I had a Carbonara and it was awesome.

Food is fine, nothing special, owner and staff are really professional and fast. They have vine, juice etc. Great for fast eating far from big crowd in Florence. Not expensive.

Scoperto per caso camminando tra le vie di Firenze..in zona silenziosa e tranquilla si possono gustare piatti di pasta componendo tipo di pasta e sugo. Il risultato è un meraviglioso piatto di pasta abbondante, gustoso ed al dente. Personale gentilissimo e servizio eccellente, assolutamente consigliato!

We stayed nearby Pastation and almost ended up dining here most nights. The staff are always friendly, informative and happy and catered to us in English. The food is delicious, great carbonara and the pannacotta is amazing. Great value for dishes in comparison to other restaurants. We will always come back here when in Florence!

Stayed in Florence for 4 nights and ate here 3/4 Dining in you’ll get great quality pastas for 10-15 euros and takeaway small pasta (5 euros) while a large 7.50€ good wine and great food every time I’ve eaten here I’ve enjoyed it, I walked...about 20 minutes from my hotel each day to get a cheap but amazing meal thanks will be back next time in Florence!!

I visited her with my one-year-old baby and husband. we ordered pasta plate and a pizza. eating was really tasteful and good. but when we were back at home, I started to throw two hours later and so my baby and husband. we got a food poisoning that lasted for two days. not recommended! this made my vacation in italy worse, as we two from our six days in the hotel rest and take medicaments.

Ristorante di recente apertura presso Piazza Strozzi a Firenze. Presenta una tipologia di menù molto particolare ed innovativa, circostanza questa che ci vediamo ha indotto a pranzarci. In pratica si deve scegliere il tipo di pasta che si vuole mangiare con una varietà di condimenti anch'essi da scegliere. Abbiamo scelto spaghetti e paccheri, rispettivamente alla carbonara e alla grigia. Servizio professionale. Ambiente spartano, ma piacevole. Costi contenuti

Già dal nome il locale invita a provare più che altro i piatti di pasta, e in effetti sono quelli il suo punto forte; tuttavia, qualche volta ho ordinato anche la pinsa alla gricia, e devo dire che è buona anche quella. Un altro punto di forza del locale è il paniere: ci mettono non soltanto il pane, ma anche la schiacciata all'olio. E di olio ce n'è tanto, non è una schiacciatina senza olio né sale che praticamente è pane chiamato in un'altra maniera. Se dovessi consigliarvi un piatto in particolare direi l'amatriciana: forse è l'unico ristorante fiorentino che la fa buona come a Roma.
