The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. To evaluate the location, I would have to be there longer. Was unfortunately only one night in the hotel. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Over 200 euros for a single room. The breakfast is like the dinner from the cheapest but expensive. The conclusion Auromaten cappucino etc. cost extra at BREAKFAST. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 2

Ineligible We arrive at the reception, the receptionist is not patient and does not explain to us. She tells us to pay 9€ but we don't know why. Later we come back and ask. They explain that it is the parking fee and the tax. However, I booked with Agoda and it says I have already paid that amount. No effort to try to speak English. We bother them. The towels in the rooms are tiny. I do not recommend this very expensive hotel for the service received. And its location is not necessarily the best for visiting Rugen. Angekommen mit 5 Personen! Am ersten Tag haben 3 sich beschwert und das Personal wurde darauf hingewiesen, mit der Bestätigung, dass sich darum gekümmert wird und es weitergegeben wurde. Das Bett war durchgelegen und es gab bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche! Das Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, das Zimmer lag zur Straße! Die Geräusche waren so laut, als würden Autos durch das Zimmer fahren. Das Personal meinte an jedem der 2 Tage Aufenthalt, dass sich darum gekümmert werden würde... Am 3. Tag, dem Abreisetag, sprach der (Chef) mit uns, der nur mit dummen Ausreden kam, wie: Warum haben Sie sich nur am Abreisetag beschwert? Oder warum nutzen Sie nicht die digitale Rezeption, wo sowieso ni...
