beautiful, clean restaurant only from shopping center ideal for a quick bite. the staff was very smart and efficient. pizza was from there as always.

I had the best time at Pizza Express! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious with generous portions. My dogs had a great time too!

A good place to dine out with the family , a friendly staff and taste range of Italian food, we asked for an extra egg and got it with out charge with a smile . Prices reasonable.

the food is very not up to standard. i was promised luxury pizza. the pizza should be GOOD if PIZZA is in the NAME of the RESTAURANT. if the pizza is not up to par, might as well call the restaurant 'Express '. nice try.

I absolutely adore Pizza Express! They offer delicious pizza and pasta at very reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the dough balls are simply fantastic. They truly maintain an authentic Italian flavor in their dishes, which is very important to me.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday! My waitress, the girl with blue hair (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name), was wonderful. She helped me order my favorite pizza, which was a Christmas special, and it was delicious. I really hope they bring back the truffle mushroom pizza as a regular item! The prawns were also delightful!

3.5/5 for our experience, so rounding up to 4. The restaurant is in need of some TLC with broken floor tiles and peeling wood on the dividing walls. The service was excellent friendly and efficient. The kids meals were great with a healthy stater, small pizza and pudding for £7.25 which we felt was great value. The adult pizzas however were a little disappointing. The gluten free base is tiny and the cost should reflect this. Toppings are a little sparse on adult pizzas mozzarella doesn’t make it to the edges. We didn 't dine in, but instead used the new delivery service. It was appalling. We ended up with two cold pizzas, arriving more than half an hour after they had been collected. Our home is 5 mins drive/cycle away. The Delivery guy happily told us, 'oh well I picked up another two deliveries to do before you '. The restaurant were kind when I called to complain, and even suprised that the pizzas had taken so very long to travel a five minute distance and recommended we complain on the Pizza Express Chat. We chose to visit on a Wednesday to take advantage of the 2-for-1 pizza offer for Orange customers, which also included 2-for-1 on doughballs, making lunch very affordable. I particularly loved the vibrant color scheme and the summery vibe of the restaurant. The bright plastic glasses were appealing, but I did notice that they didn’t appear very clean. The doughballs were tasty, although the garlic butter was quite heavy and could have benefited from another flavor, as it felt somewhat bland. I had already used my cutlery for the starters, so it would have been nice to receive clean utensils for the pizzas, which weren't pre-cut.
