Pizza Hut Delivery - Speisekarte

The staff was extremely professional and the pizza was amazing, arriving within 20 minutes of placing our order. Overall, the service was excellent.

The service at this restaurant is always amazing, with staff who are always willing to help. They deliver our food orders quickly, including some really delicious pizzas.

We ordered at 5:30pm. It is now more than two hours late... All to cook some pizza and drive 10 minutes. Starving! Each time I called to chase they said it was a few minutes away. When the food arrived it was barely warm. Speisekarte ansehen

i buyed one family pizza at 18:45, .. they says 75 to85 minutes to arrive.. now is 21:10 and my pizza not arrived. i tried to ring.. but nobody answer the phone.. occupated.. and now nopizza and no money back.NEVER MORE MOTHERS..

We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides along with a 1.5L drink. The sides and drink were correct, but the pizzas were incorrect. After calling to complain, we received very friendly customer service. They offered to send us the correct pizzas and even surprised us with a free bonus.

I would love to give no stars but I can't, this restaurant was poorly run the manger/supervisor was rude and gave our pizza away to a delivery, driver got no apologies my daughter ate hers without us in the end i took my pizza home when I eventually got had to keep asking for my sides i had ordered would not recommend this place at all..... Wow! We placed our order 20 minutes ago and suddenly it arrived at my door! Not only was this pizza delivered quickly, it was also one of the best pizzas I have ever had! The staff on the phone was fantastic and very helpful, and as I mentioned, the delivery was extremely fast. There was no excess grease on the pizza, it was perfectly cooked and delicious. This pizza has won me over! Goodbye Dominos, I will never order from there again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

My dining experience at the restaurant was overall positive. I placed an order for 2 pizzas and 2 sides along with a 1.5L drink. Unfortunately, the pizzas that were delivered were incorrect. I contacted the restaurant to address the issue and was met with friendly customer service. They promptly corrected the mistake by sending the correct pizzas and even surprised us with a complimentary Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Mistakes can happen, but I am appreciative of how well they handled the situation. Thank you very much.

Usually pizza hut is decent. Really disappointed this time. As usual good deals but ordered on a Saturday afternoon so shouldnt be hugely busy. Estimated delivery time 45 mins. Arrived about 1hr 15 mins later just as I was about to call. Thought ok, must be backed up with orders. Opened it up, definitely not worth the wait! Pizza was stone cold. Nachos were barely topped and cold. Mac and cheese was burnt on one side (as in dry, inedible crunchy pasta with all the sauce on the other side and again cold... all of it had obviously been sat in the shop for a long time. one of the dips was also missing... couldn't be bothered to ring as I know these sorts of places dont care.
