Farina di pregio, lievitazione non breve e gradevole, ingredienti prevalentemente caserecci tipo verdure preparate e accomodate in loco, sapori decisi ma delicati, digeribilità eccellente con assenza totale di arsura e/o peso post degustazione. Pur essendo di Monza mi tocca tornare!!!!!
