"I have not been here for years, in fact the last time I heard the name the Company was going bust. Anyway we popped in for lunch. Two pizzas ordered, old favourite for me...Sloppy Giuseppe, and La Reine for my girlfriend. Mistake made, pizzas ordered with Romana base, larger than Classic, but crispy. Pizzas served with pizza wheel cutting tool, useless. Had to turn the knife into a hack saw to tackle the base, not satisfactory, we should have stuck to the originals! Pleasant waitress, only three tables occupied for a Tuesday lunch. 1 x small sparkling water, 1 x large Peroni 1 x large white wine, £56. Pizza almost impossible to eat, but tasty. I will try again one more time!"

I visited both locations in Bath and was disappointed to find that the waitstaff had the same unhelpful attitude at both. They didn't acknowledge customers waiting to be seated for over 5 minutes, despite many waiters walking past. They were clearly unprepared for the busy bank holiday weekend and ran out of food by 8pm.

In a city known for its exceptional independent restaurants and pizzerias, this establishment relies heavily on its reputation and prime location. While the food is good, there are superior options to be found in Bath with some exploration. Nevertheless, the dough balls are unmatched. The staff are both friendly and efficient, as one would anticipate. Overall, a decent dining experience.
