"Beautiful experience! I was looking for a fish restaurant in Tarquinia and here I found high quality fish and truly excellent cuisine, despite being in a historic center and in a non-summer period (end of November). Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat WELL! It also offers land dishes, but I liked something else and I was thrilled! I will definitely go back Food: 5"

"Professionalism and great food Design premises, beautiful atmosphere also thanks to a great choice of lights. Beautiful outdoor space. The dishes? All good. We chose 7 different dishes and were pleasantly stupid of each of them. The right portions. But now comes the best: it is called Tiziano, professional but hand, prepared to answer every question and not less important, to recommend the right wine for the selected dishes. Thank you for making my birthday special with final sweet (off) and so much candle. See you soon."

".arrived in the place almost by chance with the hope to try something new. the kindness and friendliness of the waiter makes me think immediately to be in the right place.. (the simplicity and the smile always win) sea starter...wonderful.. delicious.........(the cream of the innovative and delicious mussels so much to ask for the recipe to the owner of the place) spaghetti to the clams...to the tooth...well mantecati. fresh product. well integrated ingredients... under my threat to whom I had sitting in front I got to taste bass meatballs... for only decoration I didn't do the bis. excellent also the wine list. of course good value quality price. definitely to return (a short) and to recommend enrica."

"Piccola pinseria nel centro di Tarquinia. Diciamo che la nostra esperienza non è stata delle migliori, però cercherò di essere il più possibile oggettivo. Seduti alle 21 solo dopo 15 minuti, o forse qualcosina di più, è venuto qualcuno a prendere l 'ordine non mi sembrava ci fosse così tanta gente da essere bloccati )Vedendo che le pinse erano abbastanza piccole pensiamo di prendere qualche antipasto, ma purtroppo TUTTI i fritti ed antipasti erano finiti, quindi rimanevano solo le pinse. Sul menù c 'è scritto, Vera pinsa romana e non avendo mai assaggiato la pinsa a Roma non so dirvi se sia vero. In Liguria le pinse sono completamente diverse come impasto, quindi sono in difficoltà col giudizio. Al di là di questo, la pinsa era abbastanza buona anche se non ci ha entusiasmati. Porzioni forse un po ' troppo piccole. Data la mia ignoranza in merito di Pinse non mi sento di dare meno di 4 stelle, perché non mi sembra giusto, però sicuramente per come ci siamo trovati non posso neppure dare 5 stelle."

"Consigliato dai custodi del Parco Archeologico di Tarquinia e ne siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti, in 4 un antipasto di salumi e formaggi misto, le tagliatelle fatte in casa al cinghiale in bianco, i ravioli con ripieno di patate e sugo di carne in bianco, la porchetta fatta al forno e ottimo anche il vino che pur essendo al bicchiere, ci hanno lasciato la bottiglia che era a metà. In 4 abbiamo speso 50 euro a coppia ma la qualità del cibo ed il servizio ricevuto così come il posto, valgono assolutamente la cifra spesa. Complimenti allo staff e al titolare, la cortesia e l 'educazione ricevuta da voi, dovrebbe essere da scuola a tanti ristoranti ' ' Blasonati ' '. Grazie Claudio Parsi da La Spezia"
