The worst restaurant of Lignano. Expensive and BAD.

Fish starter was bland, peppered with mussels not very good... also grilled salmon and fried calamari... we waited a long time, we wanted coffee... but we got annoyed and left... paid too much for my opinion... If only we had read the reviews beforehand . It was really borderline, but definitely bad. The service and friendliness were good, but the food was subpar. It looks clean and actually has a nice ambience, but you still go there to eat and that was a disappointment for all 4 people. Without taking anything away from those who work there, but forget it. 40 euros each for a starter (decent) and a fillet with green pepper which was as hard as if it were a fossil, despite it being almost rare. The spaghetti with clams that my sister had definitely smelled, we didn't continue and we got up immediately to leave. Let it go. Our food (penne arrabiata/spaghetti Bolognese) was okay (I can do better at home), but you could eat it. The neighboring table once received a cold lasagna, the second time one that didn't taste good. When the waiter was asked about it, he reacted in a sulky and aggressive manner. People have to queue in front of all other restaurants, here you are almost alone in the restaurant. I recently had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't too positive. The spaghetti I ordered didn't arrive warm and the taste left a lot to be desired. While the calzone my colleague tried was ok, the kids' fries menu was disappointing as the fries were undercooked. The service was ok, nothing exceptional but nothing negative either. The ambiance could be made more comfortable in my opinion to enhance the overall experience. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was rather average, mainly due to the quality of the food.
