"Reservation made two days in advance for 12 people, explicitly asking for snails in sauce as the dish. Once we arrived we were greeted by the waitress who was perhaps on her first day on the job as she didn't even know the menu. After ordering 9 portions of snails with sauce and 3 pizzas, the waitress told us that she had run out of snails with sauce and that only the snails with sauce were available. Reluctantly we accepted the order. After about 30 minutes the same waitress returned to the table and informed us that the snails in the snail style were only 4 portions. At that point we got up from the table and left without the pizzeria staff having apologized to us for what had happened. For the sole reason I made a bad impression on the friends I invited to that place, I will never go back there again."

Terrible welcome, poor empathy with customers and mediocre service. We stopped to eat a thin and slightly chewy pizza, second choice products. In the middle of August on a Saturday evening they had the fryer turned off and it was not possible to please a 3 year old child. You could only order 1/3 of the menu, which makes no sense giving to a diner if you decide what I can and cannot order. The location has remained unchanged from 20 years ago, a historic place on the coast, I hope and expect that it can advance and improve in every detail, from the dishes to the structure, from the waiters to the welcome.
