However, I have to give a negative note for the dessert we tried. A ricotta and pear without any particular taste, especially the ricotta, but the worst thing was that the upper disc of biscuit was so hard that to be able to break it with a knife (with a fork it was impossible) the cake was squashed all over the plate..
