"So I really have a lot to say about this restaurant! Let's say it right now, I'm crazy about food. the products are very fresh, refreshing, tasteful and all the recipes proposed are original and so to speak, there is no product I don't like on the map. entries and other starters are very diverse, which is a real plus for a Japanese (and changes classic cabbage salad and miso soup). It is the same for desserts (although I strongly advise the "maki nutella" range that is really ignoble). What's bothering me with this restaurant is everything else! I frequent the establishment very regularly since its opening a few years ago (on site as well as in delivery) and many things really leave to be desired. The service is really very unpleasant, cold and remote, especially from the managers who always have a very snob and cold attitude in my sense (this feels a little less with the other servers, even than)!. I and my friends always feel like we're in trouble when we get there! And to spoil nothing, they try to steal your money! I paid in cash with a ticket of 50€ for my share (35€ in all). And when I'm surprised that I'm not paid for, the waitress who cash me answers "ah but. I thought it was a tips." Um, for your mediocre service, put the you where I think your tips. If I hadn't said anything, they would have kept my 15€ oklm.The worst remains the service in delivery. For several years or I order in delivery regularly, never one of my orders has been carried out without problems (without any exaggeration)! delays, computer problems, order not taken into account (when ordered on the internet), order inversion with another customer, errors, missing products. Anyway, what a barrier to having a good night with good sushi. Despite everything, the bookers are always very friendly and smiling!!The after-sales service also leaves a little to be desired (managers not pleasant at all, as for the service and so to say absolutely no commercial gesture after big mistakes on their part)!. one day when it was missing a product in an order, the manager I have on the phone tells me that they will not move well for a second time. He tells me not to worry, that I'll be notified of the missing product for the next time and that I'll be discounted. I accept, and at my next order, nada, I am told that no one has ever noted this. I ask the manager (the same one that had offered me the solution two weeks more tot). Even speech, no commercial gesture.Break to conclude, which makes me return to this establishment, it is simply the kitchen I find really exquisite! planet sushi can say a big thank you to his cooks, who, according to me, are their only real asset!"

This has been several times that we have been ordering at home. every time in delivery, the delays are incredible: between 1h30 and 3hours late! delays due to delay are largely insufficient to fill the amateurism they demonstrate. I strongly advise this restaurant for anyone who wants to eat on time or hot.

I bought sashimi, tataki (barely cooked salmon) and tempura shrimps to be delivered to my house. The tataki was cold (like fridge-cold) although it was supposed to have been cooked like 20 minutes before, the salmon was not very good. I would recommend to stay away from this restaurant and if you want japanese food, try the other offers in town.

I only ate there once on the spot, where it all happened correctly despite the "no more" of the food. In order, the result is much more random (commands, late/in advance, cold, in a dirty state, ridiculous portions). despite the good will of the staff and the website that is ready to make commercial gestures (reduction vouchers, refunds) when the order is actually poor. ah, visually, the planet sushi throws it away. It's beautiful, it's clean, illuminated by pink/violet neon cabbages, an immaculate white space. And then. And then. It's embarrassing. and yet I had chosen the ultra simplistic set of yakitori pins. In the end, an infamous texture, 20 min preparation to lay 4 poor anemic skewers informed. all accompanied by a rice koh lanta, pasty, tasteless and made of infamous balls. on the addition : 10€. Nothing more to say. It's just shameful. but the welcome was great. Congratulations to the good gentleman who was of perfect kindness and very professional. for the rest: to flee.
