Very beautiful hotel. From the windows of my room I had the possibility to see the real club the polo, this was just amazing!

nicely presented food with a good variety on the menu. Spanish and European food but some Spanish dishes revisited and very tasty.

With a direct access to the Polo Club make it a very convenient stay if you are attending an event there. And the hotel is first class too. Speisekarte ansehen

A very nice Atrium with Big corridor space ,well connected location thro trams, The view of the few tennis courts around and the salibrous climate during my visit in July 2015 kept me peacefull.

The food was good, not exceptional but good. The Olives were good, but they had a smell which rainwater the room. I liked that the private rooms have windows. The service was not particularly great, but not bad either. On balance a nice place to have lunch.

We used the restaurant once only during our stay, as you would expect the staff recommend it. It is outdoors overlooking the polo field. The food is cooked on a barbecue which creates a lot of smoke and whilst we were there people occupying the tables close to the cooking area asked to move tables because of all the smoke and fumes. Fantastic Hotel experience. Amazing service , friendly staff , well trained in speaking many languages . Great food and breakfast is until 11am if you sleep in they allow you even 10mims before closing . Some locals outside of the Hotel In Barcelona Centre ,are quite argumentative so be prepared after having all the service you want at Juan Carlos hotel . Overall , Barcelona is a fantastic city full of art and grt sights and food.A must visit city. A beautiful place .

We chose this hotel, as we have stayed at 2 other Fairmont group hotels, and this one didn't disappoint. Yes, it is not in the city centre, but the city is easily accessed by either the shuttle service which the hotel provides, or the excellent metro service which is only a short walk away. The shuttle drops yoiu outside La Padrena , one of Gaudi's amazing buildings, close to Placa de Catalunya. The hotel is undergoing some work at the moment, but it is still a breath-taking hotel when you enter the foyer! A WOW factor when you look up at the 12 balconies and the 2 glass lifts . I spent four nights here attending a conference at the nearby conference centre. Overall I was very impressed. The rooms are good sized and fitted out to a high standard, the room rate included free Wifi (Hilton please note! and its location close to a metro station means it's a good base for exploring the city despite being a little way out of the centre. The buffet style breakfast was excellent, as you'd expect in a hotel of this standard and the level of srvice is very good. A slight downside is that the front lobby of the hotel are being refurbished so there was some disturbance during the day from work being carried out.
