I've been going to PP for 30 years. The baps are amazing! The staff are pretty rude, don't take it personally, it's adds to the vibe

We went and there was no-one about. Quite literally no-one about: we could have helped ourselves to anythingand even robbed the place

our second picnic deluxe has lunch and will definitely be back for more. before lunch for us and we gave us so much food we gave for the next day rest. delicious food, more brilliantly worth it. Speisekarte ansehen

again they used them, but this time for a company." that was eating fab and I have to comment on the baguettes they were absolutely beautiful one of the brote they cook themselves they use them home. they worked very well. The fillings are so generous.

I just want to tell them a big thanks for the great work they have done for the wake of our mother, on Monday at the St-Glauben community center. everything was as we wished and went very smoothly. the food was delicious fresh and plentiful. do not hesitate to recommend them.

Great place to stop for a sandwich or lunch while in Norwich. Great choice of fillings and plenty of other items to make up a filling lunch. pretty good, but everyone can see why there was no waiting queue at all three neighboring lunches, but when I was short on time, I took a speck and chicken bag and a sausage roll. the baguette was good, nothing to...especially, the sausage roll looked great, but was a disarmament. I was pleased with the 5 food safety assessment.

I noticed there were deliveries on a Friday from Pottergate Pantry and asked one of the other people in the building if they did breakfast things and they confirmed they did so decided to treat myself. OMG! They delivered on this lovely old fashioned bicycle...and the food was piping hot and delicious! Other people in the office envious so I think this could be a bit of a habit.

In summary. Submitted an order which was accepted and replied to. After waiting 2 hours as advised the order would take 1.5 hours no food arrived. Called Pottergate Pantry who then told us that they had not even started the order and there was a...communication issue with their staff. With this we cancelled the order. Did not offer any compensation in the view that we waiting 2 hours to receive nothing. Should have learnt our lesson from the previous time which took an 1.5 hours for the food to arrive. One company not to give the benefit of the doubt to. Will not be using again as very disappointing. Speisekarte ansehen
