Me and some friends came here for coffee and breakfast whilst staying in the hotel opposite and cannot recommend enough, a nice variety to choose from and and top quality too!

Really great service. Went with my son, his wife and baby. Siobhan ? was our server and she was great. The food was lovely, and although there was a little problem it was rectified very quickly. Super service, nice place, good food. Speisekarte ansehen

Been twice and cannot fault the service,coffee or food. Had coffee and an almond croissant first visit. Then the smashed avocado with crispy onions and salsa. The avocado was piled high and the salsa and salad was plentiful too absolutely delicious. Sourdough toast was crispy and generous in size. All in all would highly recommend.

Although the restaurant may not look very appealing from the outside, don't let that deter you from going in - it's fantastic! This was our third visit in the past few months and each time has been spot-on. The staff are friendly and helpful, always finding us a seat even in the small outdoor area, which is quite relaxing. The food and coffee are both excellent. We will definitely be stopping by every time we are in Birmingham!

This has to be one of the best breakfasts I have ever had! I ordered avocado toast with Gravlax Salmon, along with a side of nice big chunks of halloumi and mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were very generous as well. I wish I could eat here more often, but unfortunately, I live in Kent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and despite the restaurant being very busy, the service was prompt. I politely asked for a glass to get some water, and the man in the hat making coffee completely ignored me and went back to what he was doing. Then after he finally gave me a glass, I turned my back and he called me a **** for no reason at all. I didn’t hear this but the people at my table all saw and heard it. Completely unprofessional and rude. The only saving grace for this place is that the girl working there was lovely and helpful. This guy completely ruined the coffee shop. I, and everyone else I know, won’t be going back.

So,one morning my girfriend invites me for a breakfast and that is point when everything starts.We heard an enormous amount of great reviews about that place,but surprisingly were dissapointed by the quality of the food and attitude pf workers for customers.My girfriend orders loaded eggs and probably it was the only mor or less tasty food.My order consisted of shakshuka and smashed avocado,firstly shakshuka with beef sausages was terribly peppered,secondly and what terrifaed me is smashed avocado.The avcado was not ripe enough, the story of hairs in my food begins here.When i find the hairs in my salmon, i start question myself maybe it was mine ,but the hairs were blond and under the salmo...

Hello, I originally intended to write a less positive review, but after further consideration, I believe that this establishment is one of the best, if not the best, coffee houses in Birmingham. I have been a loyal customer of QHC for several years now, consistently receiving excellent quality products and exceptional service. Today, I found the service to be slightly disappointing, despite the high quality of their products (by the way, their taster espressos helped me regain my sense of smell and taste after experiencing long Covid).
