"This is the place to eat in Mansfield, a real hidden gem. Freshly cooked, nutritious, very tastey, plentiful food. I've eaten here four times now. Had a different meal each time, they've all been delicious. They have a lovely variety of mains and I really appreciate that the vegetables have flavour and are cooked al-denti. It's a quaint proper pub, just near the bus/train station and the staff are very friendly. I can't fault it and now won't eat anywhere else."

I go here for dinner regularly. Cheap and cheerful. Always have new drinks in. Food tastes great. I highly recommend the Steak and Stilton Pie

Lovely little place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. Classic British dishes all home made, very small eating area but cosy. Thoroughly enjoyed.

The Railway is probably the only place in Mansfield Town Centre where you can get a decent home cooked meal. For a relatively small pub, they offer a wide choice of meal options. The pub is warm welcoming with lots of charm character.

Just stopped off for a drink while Christmas shopping, absolutely lovely place everyone is really friendly and the place feels like home. We didn't eat anything food but I looked absolutely mouthwatering and home made. Would definitely recommend
