I really loved the restaurant, especially since they are dog-friendly, which is a bonus since we just got a puppy. They even provided treats and water for our pup! The service was excellent, and we had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic service and people. So friendly and welcoming. Also cheered us on during our 10000 daily step challenge during February. Became the regular pit stop and Gayle always on hand to get us hydrated and fed. The whole team of management and staff are fantastic xxx

There has been a wonderful improvement since the management change. The staff seems happier and more helpful, and the place is clean and tidy – it creates a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. The food is fresh and served hot, and they were very accommodating with all special requests. I highly recommend it for a lovely family meal or a get-together with friends! Speisekarte ansehen

first review i’ve ever posted, had to after the wonderful service from Gayle spoke about our cats and shared photos of them was great. food was also brilliant as usual. Gayle made my whole month as she complimented how i looked : cant wait to come back already as our visit started off as just out for dinner and a catch up turned to a pleasant and personal experience thanks to our server

I absolutely loved that I could bring my dog here! The staff were wonderful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that I found the dog menu a bit overpriced; a few sausages and some raw carrots don’t quite justify the nearly £5.00 price tag. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely return, though I might just share some of my meal with my dog next time.

Great location.Warm and friendly greeting from the front of house team. Attended to and seated straight away. Place was very busy but the team were fantastic. Shout out to Amy who couldn't have been.more attentive. Menu choice was really good, time from ordering to food arrival was brilliant as we were in a hurry. As its dog friendly, a great place to visit if your local, out a walk or visiting the local Ravenscraig sports centre. Top notch folks, highly recommend Speisekarte ansehen

We have had a fantastic stay. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. All staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive. Special mention to Amy who checked us in, who managed to let us stay in the same room as we had two separate bookings. And to Ross who went above and beyond who drove us to a wedding reception when our booked taxi failed to turn up. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family and will definitely stay here in the future when next in Motherwell.

This was our first visit in a couple of months. Last minute session to pop in for some food rather than cooking on Friday. Fish’s and chips was really excellent. Lots of places serve fish which is not fresh but yours was fantastic and will be a regular fixture for us if it’s that’s good. Also want to call out your staff. We were offered a drink straight away and the staff were really attentive and looked after us really well. Don’t normally leave many reviews was was compelled to this time as we were so impressed. I visited The Raven's Cliff and was very impressed. The food was enjoyable, especially considering the reasonable prices. I must also highlight how outstanding the staff were, particularly in their interaction with the individuals with learning disabilities that we support during our visits. On one occasion, I casually mentioned to our server that I was feeling a bit unwell, and within a minute, he brought me a glass of hot honey and lemon without me even asking. That was a thoughtful gesture. The service was excellent overall, and I would highly recommend this place. Don't miss out on the cowboy burger—it's delicious! Speisekarte ansehen
