Beautiful location with unique facial facialities. Light and refined kitchen. Very kind and smooth service.

We stayed at the Domaine Capelongue and decided to splurge on dinner. There were so many choices for excellent food. Service was impeccable.

Terrible service. The menu was served slowly. The staff was not professional and unorganized at all. The food is not what you expect from 1 star Michelin restaurant. Very disappointing, never again.

Expectations are high on a two star restaurant and yet we were not disappointment 2nd time we visit). Service, food, scenery, it’s more than a donner it is an experience. If your appetite follows I recommend the « menu pour Yvon », in honor of the...chef’s gran dad: fabulous.

A young team with small care in a cozy place with a beautiful view of the valley. Accord mets wines that make the part beautiful to the products of the region. Beautiful discoveries of some areas thanks to our sommelier. Refined dishes with explosions of flavors. A beautiful team around the leader who manages the rotation. cuisine full of promises, association of flavors present. the service is not worthy of a gourmet restaurant. I asked for the wine card after my entry was served, I had to get up several times to serve myself the wine., reactivity of the rank leader who brought me the bottle of the table and the comble to dessert, the sommelier that we saw only at the aperitif, came to the dessert precipitously to serve us the only glass of the dinner, surprise the bottle was empty!

bet for this young chef who takes over the double starred restaurant of the loubet. In fact, the large lubricant menu served in a pretty courtyard has marvelled us. perfect cooking, exquisite flavours, a friendly service, and a charming chef. In short, it won't take much time before the stars, already in our eyes and taste buds, replace this michelin plate. Maybe a little bemool for the assortment mets-vins. choosing between a assortment to € and per person is a little damage and perhaps a little overvalued. but we will gladly return to our pleasure in this delightful setting.

I went there late July with my wife an young daughter. The restaurant is located within the premises of the hotel which is superb and the atmosphere can not be faulted. The service was good but somewhat a bit mechanical which is what sometimes you find in those starred restaurants; the sommelier (la sommeliere in fact) was excellent however. The big let down is the food where the complexities and various subtleties in your plate and aside (endless amuse bouches) miss the point of what should be a unique experience and flavorsome food; it ends up feeling very unremarkable. As for the prices, they are eye-watering but at least we will take full responsibility for that as we made the booking fu... Speisekarte ansehen
