The staff here are always lovely and the coffee tastes really good. Would definitely coming here on breaks like I do when I’m at work.

This is the best cafe and made so many amazing new friends over there. I go there on a regular basis the manager is one of a kind long may continue the success.

Visited Thursday 21st Dec and was nice to see new faces ie..staff, greeted with a warm welcome and the most amazing hot chocolate. Well needed rest after lots shopping in the mall. Definitely visit again soon.

The coffee here is exceptional and the cakes never fail to please. The staff are extremely friendly and a particular shoutout to barista Nina, who is really skilled in her latte art and goes out of her way to make people feel welcome. It's my favourite cafe in town and represents excellent value for money.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant but it was resolved thanks to the amazing staff, Calum and Kelly. They made my day and I am grateful for their help. The tea at this cafe is excellent and I have always been a regular customer. Beth, the manager, is a wonderful person and I am proud to call her one of my best friends. We used to frequent Rhode Island in Blackburn often, but in the past year, we noticed a decline in standards. After experiencing a rude attitude from the manager during our last visit, we have decided not to return. Despite making a complaint as a loyal customer, the management dismissed our concerns without investigation. I confirmed this through an employee who overheard their discussions, which solidified my decision not to recommend them anymore.

The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of cakes and coffee. The staff members are extremely friendly and maintain a high level of professionalism. The manager, Beth, is attentive and pays close attention to detail. The employees appear to be happy and are eager to assist all patrons. During my visit, I noticed many satisfied customers with smiles on their faces. While the decor could use some updating, the overall atmosphere is very welcoming and professional, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

The coffee was decent and the place had a nice, relaxed feel. What really made it was the staff. Despite the fact that we popped in 10 minutes before closing for a takeaway drink, they didn't make us feel like we were doing something wrong like some people do when you arrive at that sort of time. In fact, the lady putting away the cakes at the end of the day politely asked if we wanted something before she cleared up.
