"Mi dispiace mettere stelle ma quest anno non ci siamo trovati molto bene... Fermo restando che al personale darei stelle per la gentilezza... Abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi misti , va che ce lo siamo diviso, ma era un pò scarno...i malloredus alla campidanese non erano niente di che, mangiati a casa era uguale, mentre i culurgiones erano abbastanza antipasto primi coca Cola ichnusa da caffè il tutto a male che abbiamo prenotato con the fork al di sconto... Magari un pò alti i prezzi senza usare the fork.. Fanno anche la pizza ma non l abbiamo presa anche se dall odore sembrava invitante"

"We happen to spot this restaurant while driving through San Pantaleo and decided to stop for lunch. We opted to sit inside and were greeted by two waitstaff and presumably the owner. We opted for a cheese and meat platter entree, followed by the filet, burger and spagetti vongole for main course. Absolutely delicious and highly recommendable dishes to get; great taste and regional flavors. To top it off, we took the pineapple desert which was a wonderful ending of the meal. Can highly recommend this place, the wait staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable."

"personale molto gentile e cordiale servizio molto professionale purtroppo per migliorare la ricezione da introdurre quando si entra nel ristorante c'è solo cucina aperta e il personale di cucina vi dice la camera del piatto commensali di spaghetto con cozze e casktarga servito bene ma la casktarga era già nel piatto a differenza del servizio del nostro vicino di tavolo che ha avuto la possibilità di dosare al momento richiesto di acqua all'arrivo del primo chiedendo, siamo stati portati al amaro ancora. senza che nessuno si scusi per il cibo disservizio nella norma nulla di quel piccolo stagno di crema catal molto buona qualità mirto molto buono (artigianale a dire della cameriera) non apprezzato, annaquato"

"Siamo stati per la prima volta da Deste e subito ci ha colpito la gentilezza, l’estrema professionalità, l’attenzione per i dettagli e la vista, un’oasi di pace nel cuore di Porto Rotondo. II ristorante è elegante, attento ai dettagli e allo stesso tempo accogliente. Il calore, la simpatia e la professionalità dello staff è ineccepibile. Abbiamo scelto il percorso culinario “Identitade” con un abbinamento di vini per le diverse portate proposto dal Maitre, potrei definirlo come un viaggio alla scoperta dei veri sapori della tradizione sarda senza alcun compromesso. La bontà e l’estetica dei piatti sono superlative, e la qualità delle materie prime scelte ti lascia senza parole. A seguire non può mancare il cremoso e ottimo caffè, le cui miscele sono sapientemente scelte da Deste. Abbiamo proseguito con un aperitivo a base di gin tonic aromatizzato all’anguria (prodotto eccellente e creato direttamente da Deste), il tutto accompagnato da un dessert ai ricci serviti davanti a una vista mozzafiato. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare e lo consiglio vivamente perché verrete rapiti dalla qualità, dal rispetto per le tradizioni e dalla gentilezza di questo incantevole angolo di paradiso. M&B"

"Mixed experience! Only 2 stars because food was very good but we felt tricked which made our visit a rather unpleasant experience. We have called in advance to reserve (for a group of ~20 people and we were told that we can have either menu or a la carte. When we got there they told us that a la carte is not possible and that they have either fish or meat menu (for 45 EUR where everything is included. However, some of us did not want to take the menu due to food allergies or dietary preferences. They said ok and told us that they can replace some of the food to cater for gluten or lactose intolerance. For the lactose intolerance “special” we only received a grilled fish with grilled vegetables, while the others got 4 or 5 courses with diverse specialties. We thought ok maybe it’s not possible to replace all the dishes and assumed that we will pay less. Also we did not order any coffe or spirits which were included in the regular menu still thinking that we will have a different price. This was a mistake because at the end we were told we need to also pay 45 EUR. When we asked why we need to pay the same, we were told that we got some more grilled vegetables (while actually it was only a small plate! and that we were drinking wine and water together with the others. We felt very frustrated because we clearly got fewer courses. We felt that it was not properly communicated making this extremely unfair for those with food intolerances. Unfortunately we left the place still being hungry."
