"We went to Salsedine once a year, every time we come to Torino, but this time it was very different and disappointing. We found that the quality of the dishes compared to what we knew and the service became something else. At that time the cook came to every table and took the time to explain the menu, the ingredients, preparation and his passion was remarkable! This time we were treated as tourists, as he went to tables with locals and didn't even come to us. In addition, they had no menu in English that made the task of choosing a meal even harder (no explanation from the staff and no menu). It took 1h30 to have the appetizers and other 45 minutes to have the main dish. While we waited in 1h30 to have the appetizers, the Italian family had appetizers, main, dessert, coffee and Limoncello. It's a shame, it used to be one of our great souvenirs from Torino and now it's not."
