We meet friends at the Cafe more like a restaurant methinks and were ushered to a table , table was set properly , and we were offered coffee , served up in vintage looking teacups&saucer, totally in keeping with the decor and surroundings...

Really impressed with everything, staff super friendly, house and gardens magnificent. Plenty of places to sit inside the gardens and admire the views. Really good play area outside the estate plus well maintained toilets and changing facilities. Children under 17 go free and adult ticket...

You know those companies who put someone “out front” to “help make your experience” at their venue. They should all visit Sandringham and watch Katie in action outstanding authentic charming service, from someone who clearly loves her job and does want you to remember your trip fondly. We revisited the beautiful Sandringham Estate this morning and opted to have some food and drinks to kickstart our day. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted by a very rude and unpleasant female staff member at the reception. There was no warmth and minimal eye contact, making us feel quite unwelcome. The initial encounter with the Estate staff left us appalled, prompting us to leave. Even my children were puzzled by the rudeness of the staff member in question. We decided to grab a takeaway from the friendly staff in the takeaway section of the same building instead. This unpleasant experience left a bitter taste on what could have been a delightful morning. Speisekarte ansehen
