Desde que entre hasta que salí sentí que estaba viajando, tanto visualmente por la decoración del restaurante, como al saborear los platos del gran Sankara. Servicio excelente.

Estuvimos muy a gusto con vosotros. Nos encantó la comida, el ambiente y la acogida : Además se estaba bien fresquito que en el verano de Madrid se agradece jeje ¡Seguro que volvemos!

Amazing food, great portions and amazing spicy sauce. Good stuff overall. Will return for sure. The staff is very friendly. Came here Thursday night, it was 30% off on main menu. el lugar es súper acogedor, con un ambiente relajado, todo es cuidadoso, desde muebles, carrocería y música de fondo. es genial a un precio inigualable, es ideal para un aperitivo, una fiesta privada, una cena o una bebida. y último y más importante, la atención a cada cliente es encantadora y excepcional!

After checking out African restaurants in Madrid, this seemed the most authentic and I loved the food. Attended by Mr 'Sankofa ', adopted from the famous assasinated president of Burkina Faso, I ordered Mafehaco (cassava leaf soup) and fufu (pounded yam), service was fast and friendly and the food tasted great. I was offered a complimentary tasting of futi, a Guinean dish made from okro, aubergine and tuna which I also loved, and needed another pounded yam to get me through please try this place, the food and service is all it should be, and I 'll be back.

This place was so good we ate here 3 of the 5 nights we were in Madrid! Such great tasting food, including great curries with tender meat, fabulous flavours. An African doughy side makes an interesting alternative to rice which is also perfectly cooked. Unassuming and very friendly Sankara explains his specials and recommendations. A few small tables on a slope outside were perfect for warm summer nights and view to the very smart Melia Hotel opposite with its comings and goings made for a nice setting. I did not go downstairs but would if i returned when the evenings are chillier! 2 dishes between 3 worked well and wine was pleasant. Madrid prices can be high but this was excellent value, f...
