Sarastro - Speisekarte

This review is based on the food and environment alone, unfortunately I didn't get to experience the entertainment because I visited on a Wednesday.

I found this place when out for a walk with my mum (she was curious as to what the place was with all the flowers and plants on outside), and I'm very glad

we went to lunch and thought immediately that it was an evening meal. the ambiente was nice, but the place was empty (I guess a function of Monday afternoon) would definitely recommend more for the decor than eating. quiet and interesting.

This restaurant is a unique gem. The interior decor is intriguing and quirky, creating a captivating atmosphere. I have visited multiple times and have always been fascinated by the decor and the music. The menu offers a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. The service is fast and efficient. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind spot!

Stunning atmosphere, theatrical service, delicious food and a golden experience all around. Sarastro is one of my favourite restaurants in London, and I recommend this hidden gem to foodies who are looking to book a unique experience for a special occasion. I had an amazing time here and I will definitely be coming back to this place. The music here is quite charming and makes for a nice and comfortable environment to have your meals. The interiors and exteriors are both richly decorated and quite hip. The seating arrangements are quite luxurious as well. The food was quite delectable and came in huge portions, especially the Turkish cuisine. It can be a little expensive though so keep it for special occasions.

This place in my opinion is suitable for large parties and loud times for it is not at all conducive to intimate meals or outings. Talking about the decor , it is very bold and weird.I am not a big fan of cliff like balconies above my head! The style is majorly baroque and inspired by the french royalty too. This is not your best bet for food because the main staple at the place is wine and food is merely a side option. Go to have amazing conversations with friends in the theater like setting!
