Freshly made while waiting biggest cod excellent taiste and Service, Chips was nice addictive, needed this after a long journey, original Traditional, brilliant will go again, am there locals now, serve fresh not from got service plate

Nice friendly staff. Good size portions. I usually get a small portion of chips twice a week. These small portions would be large portions in other chippies. Once a month I have fish, ships, curried sauce and mushy peas. Staff will cook a fresh piece of fish for you.

Hate writing bad reviews but I visited for the first time today and had to bin the fish. It was grey and overcooked and I suspect, frozen. The chips were fine but oh, that fish. Such a shame because it’s a lovely little shop and I’m guessing it used to be far better. Speisekarte ansehen

Some times nice but lately batter look like it had been cooked 4 times over paper stuck to batter with grease Brown chips that was 19th Friday August afternoon my husband goose there every Friday next time l think we will try the new fish and chips shop in old ford insteed

If you want good old fashioned fish and chips you don't have to look further than the Saucy Kipper, good quality fayre. I have to say I do like their Chicken Platter, fat chips, solid piece of breast on the bone with proper salad all for £2.80 (current pricing). If you're looking for an authentic chippy then you can't go wrong at all.

Authentic British chip shop in Bow, London on the famous Roman Road market street. I used this place quite a few times whilst in the area in 2023. Was pleased to find it too because these kinds of chippies are becoming rarer in London. It is a friendly run business and good prices, plus the portions of chips are big.
