"We were really surprised when we came to a Savana restaurant. It is really authentic Eritrean restaurant. The owner Biniam welcomed us and we felt very special from the moment we entered the restaurant. We ordered our food and we were genuinely looking at wall art at this restaurant. One can tell that it was well thought out. You experience the eritrean culture just by watching the art on the wall. The food was exceptional, and you could tell that the owner has a great relationship with is customers. They all greeted him and he spent few minutes talking to every customer. We will definitely go there again when we return to Milano in September 2024."

Come antipasto sambusa di carne e catagna fantastici rotolini di injera con burro chiarificato e berber poi il classico zighini di carne. Buoni anche i dolci. Uno dei migliori eritrei sulla piazza di Milano.

Oggi, per la seconda volta abbiamo pranzato in Africa e secondo le tradizioni! Cibo ottimo, personale gentile, atmosfera serena e quella meravigliosa sensazione del portarsi il cibo alla bocca con le mani, proprio come vuole la cultura locale. Esperienza divertente e golosa allo stesso tempo. Location semplice, ricca di legni e colori, che ti accompagna incredibilmente nell'esperienza culinaria. Ci ritorneremo senza ombra di dubbio.
