"I placed an order through Just Eat that had some issues. When I called Scoop and Smile to inform them of the problem and inquire about placing a new order, they attempted to charge me again for the same food at a much higher price than the original order. The woman I spoke to promised to call me back with a solution but never did. Furthermore, they disconnected their phone lines so I couldn't follow up. This lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing and rude. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I give it 1 star, reluctantly."

Went to this shop today amazing desserts in reasonable prices, delicious waffle with Nutella, white chocolate sauce, ice cream and oreo pieces in just 6.95. Absolutely recommend

very beautiful desert café. people who make the desert are so sweet and polite. waffeln have the perfect cramps and composition of the syrup. the mix of milkshakes has the perfect taste and keksteig is the best I could have ever had.

If I could give a zero rating, I would, but that would be unprofessional. I ordered a coffee with syrup and ice, but it came without any syrup and without ice! I didn't pay for it. When I called the supplier, they were extremely rude. I've ordered from this place twice and will never do so again. This was a waste of time and money.

The waffles at this restaurant are fantastic! I would definitely recommend them, and the customer service is also excellent. Their milkshakes are thick and creamy, making them even more delicious. The prices for everything they offer are great. It's a perfect treat for the summer, and I highly recommend it for both children and adults of all ages!

ordered by eating only, ordered a white chocolate cookie dough, which was heated in the round 3 cookies and they had forgotten the ice cream that comes with it. When I called, they said they should call them the next day to get the ice!
