"we put an order yesterday for waffles and milkshakes. it wasn't worth paying the price at all. the waffles were cold, wound and stick to the pappe, we had to literally pull them off from the lower side of the pappe and that ended when we were ejected anyway. it tasted not good, could not even be cut with the knife, since it was too soft, almost stretchable when it tried to cut it. it was not pleasant and ultimately unusable. I have this problem about the app just by uber support to say that they are not able to reimburse at this time without explaining why. I raised the dispute again and delivered more pictures of the waffeln and they believed in my account with ignore my question for a full refund of the waffeln. I wouldn't have another command by eating out from there. very disappointed."

Expensive. Had a nutella waffle. Big portion size but sickly not tasty at all. Would not return. Left the most of the portion untouched. Wish I didn't have any as I still feeling sick. Ice cream look good but didn't try it.

Went with my niece and nephew on a hot day during half term. The milkshakes are overpriced, the card machine wasn't working, mega long wait and no table service. Also, the ice cream wasn't even that nice. Very disappointed.

perfect ok to eat, had never had a problem before, but ordered a crepe through eating and that is what has arrived.my earthy and cream cream crepe! incredible, would not feed my dog! I suggest that they do not use a supplier in relation to Uber...Eats, this is acceptable!

Three of us visited this branch from central London only to be told that they couldn’t serve us cookie dough, which is what we’d come for, because they didn’t have any cookie dough dishes. It’s unbelievable that a place that offers cookie can’t serve it...due to lack of crockery! Will NOT be returning

Absolutely recommended if you love pancakes crepes and strawberries as much as I do! Every time I visit my order tastes just as good. Waffles are pretty good too and there's a good selection of tasty ice cream flavours. I haven't tried much else...but in the spirit of an honest review, my partner wasn't too fond of the milkshakes unfortunately.

GO and eat the double chocolate cookie dough brownie. Yes, there are some drawbacks. The card machine appears (from experience and other reviews) to be persistently broken, so it's cash-only. It has that slightly bizarre clientele and atmosphere that dessert places often seem to have,...with bizarre pop music videos playing on a screen. But all these facts will fade into insignificance when you eat the double chocolate cookie dough brownie. As an experienced dessert-eater generally let down by what you find at these sort of places, I can promise you it will be worth the trip. It is a unique and excellent experience.
