A great experience. We took 2 tasting menus with snacks and wines. The kitchen is fine and the delicious dishes. The agreements were perfect, great discoveries. A special mention for the sommelier chief and the service, we had a very good evening.

An experience. The place is atypical and warm, the staff is professional and very friendly. Several formulas are available at very affordable prices given the quality and originality proposed. Blind-mouthed surprises are multiple. Original and refined flavours, sought-after presentation, everything is experience. A real pleasure concluded by a small conversation with the chef as friendly as his team.

It was a fantastic dinner. To celebrate a birthday. My darling's. The sommelier knew how to perfectly take us on a journey with the food and wine pairing. The large menu at Colline Faulquier amazed us. Just a small downside. I had asked to receive details of the menu as well as food and wine pairings by email but unfortunately I never received them. Caroline faulquier deserves his first star.We have by our visits tested all the dishes of the map and apart from the vegan dish (in the spirit of a falafel) we have all been seduced by the talent of this deserving and friendly chef, taking the time to chat with his customers at the end of service. Its plates are tasteful and very pictorial. The cellar is relatively short, but its content is very well chosen, and properly tarified. The service is young and very professional, pleasant and taking the time to exchange with the guests.We will return this winter for the map of this coming season with pleasure.
