Simla - Speisekarte

Been to Simla a few times lately and all meals have been made with fresh ingredients and taste great. Back to how it was years ago. Would definitely recommend

New front of house team, same amazing chef! Fantastic food and beautifully presented. We WILL be back. Delighted to have this on our doorstep but worth travelling to if you aren’t local.

The food was fantastic, the restaurant was lovely, and the staff were nice. As visitors from Scotland, we found this restaurant to be on par with some of our favorite dining spots back home. Thank you.

I visited this restaurant for the first time last week and was very pleased with my experience. The dishes were freshly prepared and included popadums, pickles, and rice. The naan bread was delicious. The drinks were reasonably priced and the decor was lovely. I will definitely be returning again.

My partner and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night while we were staying local. The food was very nice and the service was very good. The decor is very nice too and we had a romantic candle on our table. The meal included some poppadoms and pickles to start and also rice with our main meals which we thought was great. We have had orders delivered twice in the last few weeks. The quality of the food is excellent but the service has been very poor. On both occasions, several items were missing from the order despite being very careful to mention the previous problem whilst placing the second order. I think we'll go elsewhere for delivery orders in future.

My daughter came to visit me over Christmas and, based on several recommendations, she booked a table for us on Christmas Eve. I am so glad she did because the ambience was perfect and the decor was crisp. The staff were attentive, charming, and provided first-class service from the moment they opened the front door for us. The food was amazing, with a very enjoyable curry served with plenty of rice and enough Naan for four people. The complimentary Popadom Pickles were unexpected but a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to everyone, including my friends and family.

Ordered at 5:30pm via Uber eats, arrived 6:45pm, acceptable bearing in mind it’s a Friday. Sadly the order was missing both starters ordered, we called the restaurant who offered to get it to us asap, we are only 1 mile away so shouldn’t take long. Unfortunately, at 7:30pm we are still waiting for the starters. The Mains were bland, rice was cold and chips very soggy, one of the mains had to be drained of oil before putting on the plate. Very sad as I am new to the area and wanted to try the local takeaway, won’t be using this one again. Spoke to the restaurant and they did advise new chefs and hope it will not happen again. Sadly it won’t happen again as we will try a different takeaway. Speisekarte ansehen
