I am a huge fan of this restaurant. I love that it is open when I need to catch a train.

Sourced was my go-to spot for a daily dose of simple coffee and well-made croissants during my time in London.

This restaurant is a fantastic option for getting some healthy take-out food in London, whether you're in a hurry to catch a train or need supplies for a long trip, which I find myself needing quite frequently.

I have visited this restaurant a few times while staying at a hotel attached to the building during business trips to London. I have been in London twice since then. They offer basic vegan-friendly drinks, bread, and snacks. However, I would recommend getting snacks here and a larger meal elsewhere. If you need to catch a train, there are other places in the building with vegan options, but I personally prefer some of the options in Kings Cross (just across the street) over St. Pancras.

before I moved to london, I stayed in the hotel during a business trip, which was attached to this building and appeared in a few times. I've stopped twice since I was living in london. in general they have the basics like vegan friendly drinks, brot and snacks. I would just count on getting snacks here and elsewhere a bigger meal. if you need to take with the train, there are a few other places in this building with vegan options, but I prefer some of the options in kings cross (only via the road) over st. pancras.
