Posto molto bello ed elegante. Cibo ottimo e servizio impeccabile. Ci tornerò.

Camere comode, pulite e funzionali. Colazione ottima. Gentilezza e disponibilità.... a pochi minuti dal centro...

The hotel is greatly positioned just outside the ZTL, easily reachable by car. Offers a covered underground parking. The rooms are clean, neat and with all toiletries and kits! Breakfast is good, with some options but not too many. Dog friendly and the center is reachable walking. Personnel very polite.

I stayed for 5 nights with big group from my country. The location was ok .. just a short walk to metro.. and surrounding with many shops. I stay in deluxe room, so have some space for our big luggage. Breakfast not really have so much choice.. but ok.. One person in reception was very helpful and always smile eventhought i have so many question. He always answer with a smile. Mr. Fabrisio.. thank you so much.. maybe all reception should be like him.. make us feel welcome.

Non frequentando hotel stellati molto spesso,attraverso un sito ho trovato l'offerta non esageratamente eccessiva per le mie tasche. Cortesia e gentilezza ,(ma come ogni catena di livello,c'è sempre un po' di freddezza data dall'abitudine di parlare con 300 persone al giorno) Stanza mediamente grande,pulita e accogliente ma (datemi del rompicoglioni) unico neo qualche crepa,anche se minuscola nella parete del bagno. cortesia,bella stanza non molto economico,piccoli dettagli non curati Speisekarte ansehen

La camera ampia e accogliente, ma soprattutto l’attenzione del personale! Arrivata alla reception con un tutore alla mano che reggeva un portabiti, la receptionist lo ha notato e ha chiamato immediatamente il ragazzo a prendere il portabito. Le camere spaziose le trovi spesso, l’attenzione e la cura non sempre! Il ristorante ci ha accolto anche se in orario prossimo alla chiusura. Abbiamo cenato in tranquillità con ottimi piatti! Dopo una giornata in viaggio tutto ciò fa molto piacere

Abbiamo pernottato in 2 camere Deluxe, non tanto grandi, ma ben pulite e ordinate, forse un po’ troppo calde. Personale alla reception molto gentile e professionale, come del resto anche il servizio facchinaggio. Ottimo il Garage posizionato al piano seminterrato, pagando un’extra a parte. La colazione un tempo era il piatto forte dell’Albergo, l’ho vista troppo ridimensionata, mi sarei aspettato un bel buffet ricco di dolci e salati di un tempo, (spero che non sia sempre colpa del COVID . Con tutto ciò lo consiglio vivamente,:

We received at warm efficient welcome at reception and offered a map of Milan and how to get about which was nice. The hotel is well located and we found walking to the sights of the city not at problem. It is about 30 minutes to walk to the Duomo (cathedral) The hotel room was a deluxe room and smaller than we were used to for this category. However every thing was functional and house keeping was good. Bed was so comfy that we over slept on the first night and nearly missed breakfast. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was very good. A good continental style with everything you would expect. The bread was so fresh and everything of good quality.
