The hotel is greatly positioned just outside the ZTL, easily reachable by car. Offers a covered underground parking. The rooms are clean, neat and with all toiletries and kits! Breakfast is good, with some options but not too many. Dog friendly and the center is reachable walking. Personnel very polite.

Spent several days at the hotel,, the room was comfortable and clean. We were in walking distance from Milan Central (7euro cab ride) , and to central site seeing areas of Milan. The staff was polite, well informed and helpful in providing options as we planned our day. I do suggest taking the breakfast option, it provided a nice relax start of the day. I stayed for 5 nights with big group from my country. The location was ok .. just a short walk to metro.. and surrounding with many shops. I stay in deluxe room, so have some space for our big luggage. Breakfast not really have so much choice.. but ok.. One person in reception was very helpful and always smile eventhought i have so many question. He always answer with a smile. Mr. Fabrisio.. thank you so much.. maybe all reception should be like him.. make us feel welcome.

I paid 500 euros/night for 3 nights in September. The rooms all smell as well as the lobby and the whole hotel is very old. All the breakfast plates and glasses smell terrible. The food range was very limited. When ordering an omelette it was extra charge of 7 euros after paying 500 euros per night) and came late and the waiters seemed frazzled and untrained for a 4 star hotel. The location is good. The price is insane for this quality. This should be a 150 euros a night hotel maxxxx.

We received at warm efficient welcome at reception and offered a map of Milan and how to get about which was nice. The hotel is well located and we found walking to the sights of the city not at problem. It is about 30 minutes to walk to the Duomo (cathedral) The hotel room was a deluxe room and smaller than we were used to for this category. However every thing was functional and house keeping was good. Bed was so comfy that we over slept on the first night and nearly missed breakfast. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was very good. A good continental style with everything you would expect. The bread was so fresh and everything of good quality.
