Steak Lobster Heathrow

Delicious food and attentive, courteous service. We had a lovely evening. I recommend this restaurant highly.

Perfect, service was a little slow but overall we had a great time the food was devine and we definately will be back again.

The meal was lovely the starters were ok I would not say amazing and not really value for money. The main course was cooked to perfection and the service by Cristina was wonderful.

we really liked it. it was my daughter to eat first time lobster and I am glad that eating coincides with the experience of the crisp claws. the lemon salad was my highlight, did not know that something could taste so easy!

Exceptional quality of food, but service is not personal and you feel you are at a large hotel and not in a nice atmosphere. Again the quality of the food is good and for a business dinner could make it but not if you are looking for a greater experience.

We didn’t eat there. We arrived and were shuffled to our table by a somewhat disinterested gentleman who handed us the ‘menu’. It was one sheet of paper with very few choices. I guess the name of the place should have been a giveaway because basically all they had was steak or lobster and little else. We ar We ate at the bar where there was more choice.

the food was wonderful as always, but was slightly disappointed that the salat and the fried is no longer floorless and the garlic lemon butter sauce is no longer on the menu! the restaurant is immaculate and a great ambiente. my only advice would be to assign another employee to each area as he was busy and our server was clustered with many ppl that draw them in different directions.

Considering the profile of this restaurant, we were somewhat underwhelmed. The menu is reasonably limited but being a 'steak and lobster ' restaurant the food we expected a 'specialist ' level of food and this did fall short. My friend had a fillet and was disappointed at it being more fatty and chewy than expected. Two of us had the surf and turf which we found nice enough...huge plates without being too huge on the food. The young waitress was very sweet although we had to ask for more water for the table and finger bowls...so I felt the service fell slightly short. The restaurant is very sumptious however. We really enjoyed everything about steak and lobster it was our first visit. however, I was confused about the Seht menu and the à la cart menu. I chose the Kağtçı and I tried many times to call because they were trying to charge me the same money for my seven-year-old daughter as myself and my 14-year-old son so it didn’t make sense to get the menu. I must’ve at least picked up so I could clarify the situation. When we got there I asked about it and they said that we were unable to get the menu and that we should have called to explain that we were my seven-year-old daughter and that she didn’t have to pay the menu.
