Nice wedding venue, but the breakfast is by far the worst I've had at a hotel , the food was slow coming out ,a very low quality and the hash brown was still frozen. Which put the whole table off so we left breakfast with just a coffee. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 4

I stayed at this hotel recently, the room I stayed in was a nice size it was very clean and well presented. There was coffee tea making facilities in the room but no hot chocolate if you wanted something to drink before retiring to bed at the end of the day. All the staff very friendly, helpful and presentable. There was good food choices offered at breakfast in the evening too. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms: 5

Me and my partner have visited a lot of different hotels in the last few months and I can't remember any making us feel more welcome than Anurag did at reception. And that was before we found out we were receiving an upgrade. Now I understand that's not going to happen every time. Anurag has that skill of talking to customers in the best way. I stayed in this hotel from Sunday to Thursday this week as part of a trip visiting the area I had a spacious room with very nice bathroom shower with glass screen over the bath. Some areas a little tired but overall comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food was well presented with generous portions and tasty. The staff were very helpful and did the best they could to accommodate all requirements. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting this area.

Update: I stayed here again recently and the room was much better. Perhaps the extension part of the building has better rooms than the original. A much more improved experience Original: I paid £103 per night, for a double and breakfast included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room, 68, was clean ish on arrival. I say clean ish because my wife is super clean and I compare everything to my home standard! For example, dust on top of the lamp shades not great, but easily rectified. The owners of this hotel should be deeply ashamed of themselves for their incompetence in running, managing, and welcoming guests. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly shocking. Our experience at this hotel, attending my sister-in-law's wedding, was shocking. It seemed like one issue after another, with no sincere apologies or efforts to rectify them. Right from the beginning, the duty manager, Anurag, and the wedding coordinator, Katie, left a lot to be desired.
