This is a fantastic restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond for us. The chips were freshly cooked and absolutely perfect, and the garlic mushrooms were delicious. I highly recommend this fish and chip shop and can't wait to visit again when we're in the area!

The food was incredibly disappointing. The chips were completely burnt, with no potato left; they tasted like straight-up oil. I couldn't even eat them, and I received only £1 in change from my £10 bill. The portions were far from large. Overall, I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place. Meal type: Dinner. Excellent holiday fish and chips So glad we come back every year. The food seems to get better each year . Thank you for your hard work in hot heat and producing lovely food. I had a fantastic experience with the fish and chips! I ordered takeout for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The price per person was around £10–20, which I found to be reasonable for the excellent food and service. I would highly recommend trying their fish and chips; they were simply outstanding! Both the food and service earned a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

We visited this fish and chip shop twice before it relocated, the last time being in March 2022. We found the food to be of good quality and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, in April 2022, they experienced a fire and had to close temporarily. One recent review gave them a disappointing two-star rating, expressing significant dissatisfaction, although their review coincided with the closure.

We were looking for somewhere that was reasonably priced with good reviews and this was the place. We were downtown in Weymouth and the cost of chips there was crazy so we decided to look for a fish and chip place between there and our caravan at Haven. Stracey's was AMAZING!! My kids had the cheeseburger and I tried it, it was DELICIOUS!! I had the chicken burger and my husband had the light bites cod and chips then we all shared 2x large chips which was more than we needed. Everyone was happy with all the food and the price point was very reasonable. If we ever come back to visit I'd go out of my way and get me a cheeseburger next time 10/10! Speisekarte ansehen
