Everything about the place was great

Very good food but very disorganised at the order counter

Christmas display was really fabulous! Lots of options and choices! The pet section is really good as well! Didn't eat in the cafe but the food looked delicious! Especially the cakes! Staff really friendly!

This is a fantastic garden center that offers a wide selection of plants and gardening products. In addition to these, you'll find gifts, books, and clothing. There's also a delightful café that serves delicious cakes, making it a worthwhile stop.

Lovely cafe, it's really improved and the food and cakes are really nice.. But.. very expensive food. All cakes have gone up by a £1 I think, for a slice.. The mugs they use for coffee and tea are so small. What they call a small is a tiny. And a medium is more like a very small. Speisekarte ansehen

In addition to their stunning seasonal Christmas collection, the center boasts an abundance of gifts that cater to everyone. It's worth noting that this is also a garden center, featuring tools, pots, and items that can make your garden shine year-round. And did I mention they have a restaurant? They offer everything from delightful snacks like sandwiches and toasties to delicious full meals and beautiful cakes. It's truly a lovely place to visit!

Visiting here is always a good experience. I love the layout with well stocked distinct areas, especially the gift department and the indoor plants. We nearly always have a coffee in the spacious cafe particularly as we are members of the 'Grow Rewards ' club, which gives us two free drinks every month (for £12 a year). Strikes is even better at Christmas time ; their displays and Christmas goods are superb. A particular favourite are the singing reindeer and donkey whether I 've got a small child with me or not!

I question their Health and Safety! We came in with our children to look at the Christmas decorations which were very nice although a little pricey. Afterward we went over to the pet section to get some of the pick and mix dog biscuits. The kids were excited and chose a few biscuits out the containers whilst I was looking for the cups to fill. As I couldn’t find them anywhere we put the biscuits back and went and found a member of staff. They went to find some cups. When the member of staff came back they told us they were not for sale at the moment as the dog biscuits have been found to have ‘a worm infestation.’ We were just a bit shocked by this.
