"Been here quite a few times now and the food and service is always very good. A small family run cafe offering a wide range of food and meal times, I've never had a bad meal yet. The Sunday luches are very good for the...price with a choice of 1, 2 or 3 courses for a set price menu. All the meals are also very affordable. i took my wife for a special Mother's Day, Afternoon Tea; this was one of the best afternoon teas I've ever had and totally different to your normal sandwiches and cakes which are often a litlle savoury selection followed by a sugar overdose. The meal consisted of a savoury plater with finger sandwiches, a mini cheeseburger, mini Shepherds pie and bucket of chips; the sweet course followed with a fruit scone, jam and cream then a selection of small cakes. We ended up taking the cakes home in a box as we were full after the scone."

From a bacon roll to a full roast dinner this little cafe serves it all. The food is cooked to perfection I have had breakfast there on several occasions and always plentiful .

Really enjoyed our food here so much returned the next day. Food all top quality and plenty of it. Cakes and desserts amazing too. New favourite place for food staff top notch too.

we visited the bistro on Monday 17/06 and my enkelin had a hot beef sandwich with homemade chips. they came with a delicious gravy. the large bungalow had about five slices of delicious bark in it and the large part of the chips was...big the coffee and tee prices are about £1,50 and beautiful

I had Afternoon Tea here for a friends baby shower it was unreal! Not your typical Afternoon Tea with just sandwiches cake! There was a really tasty hot savoury selection too!! The place itself has a great atmosphere the staff are brilliant...too. If you’re looking for somewhere for food I’d highly recommended it!! Especially the Afternoon Tea!! 5 stars from me!!

really delicious food. found this little jewel when we came by and stopped at breakfast and were back to lunch, as it was great to eat. I am a huge fan of decent house made chips and those here are not disappointed! large portions. also served for the price of a very nice man (possibly the owner) who checked that we were in order and enjoy our food. will return without doubt.

the best properties first; our recipe of judith was very friendly. our burgers were freshly cooked and accompanied by a small salad and a basket of chips, served on a flat board. the slad fell from the board and the balsamicoglasur stained my pants. only to pretentious for an ordinatry caffe. the burgers were good, but ciabatta was just a little too small to accredit them. chips were good and service attentive. I would have a real plate and a bit more ciabatta and salat preferred. price fair. I would have done it well, but not very well.
